When will MyPawLift ship?

Do I have to be close to use the remote?

The IR remote works reliably up to 15 feet with line of sight to the unit's receiver. In practice, since you'll be present to fill the bowl, you'll always be well within range. The remote is designed for convenience — use it from your chair, from across the kitchen, or standing right next to the unit.
Will I still need to walk to the unit to fill the bowl?

Yes — you'll still need to be present to place food and water in the bowls. What MyPawLift eliminates is bending over to do it. Use the remote to raise the bowl to a comfortable standing height from wherever you are, walk to it upright, fill it, then press again to lower it for your pet. No bending, no kneeling, no strain.
What size dogs is it designed for?

MyPawLift works for all dog sizes. The 4"–36" range covers everything from a small terrier at floor level to a Great Dane at an ergonomically ideal height. Save your pet's perfect feeding height as a preset and it's always one button press away.
Does it work for cats?

Absolutely. Cats benefit from slightly elevated bowls that reduce neck strain and whisker fatigue. The lowest presets work perfectly for cats, and the owner-friendly fill height still applies every time you top up their bowl.
Is there an app?

Not at launch. MyPawLift launches with the included IR remote — no app required, no WiFi, no connectivity issues. The MyPawLift app with scheduling and smart home integration is on our 2027 roadmap. Founding members receive free app access when it launches.
What is the warranty?
